Mindful Colouring

Did you know that colouring has the ability to relax the part of your brain where our fear response is?

Colouring is a way of calming our anxieties and combating depression. Your mind focus’ solely on how it feels to colour, which colour to choose next and staying in between the lines (or not) and in doing so, you are able to let go of any stresses you are holding onto. Not only is it an amazing way of expressing yourself but the end result can be rather beautiful too.
